While we provide the stability of a housing stipend, you provide the drive—engaging in dedicated coaching, pursuing advanced job training, or completing community college courses. By combining financial support with intentional accountability, we walk with you as you transition from managing a crisis to mastering your family's financial future.

Coaching
At Restore & Rebuild, coaching is the heartbeat of our program. We pair you with two dedicated mentors who walk alongside you twice a month, offering a unique balance of 75% practical guidance and 25% personal encouragement (and vice versa!) to ensure you feel both supported and empowered.
Our coaches are followers of Jesus who serve with grace, truth, and love. They assist you in identifying career goals, navigating community resources, and developing the life skills necessary for long-term success.
Housing
Assistance
We provide structured housing stipends for up to 24 months to bridge the support gaps for motivated mothers. This assistance is designed to provide immediate stability while you work toward a future of financial independence.
As part of our commitment to your growth, you can earn up to $1,000 in "Exit Savings" and up to $800 in bonuses simply by staying consistent with your budget reporting and quarterly assessments. We don’t just want to help you get by; we want to help you build a foundation for what's next.
Practical
Assistance
We believe in serving the "whole person," which means removing the practical barriers that stand in your way. Our program offers professional counseling resources, job search support, and specialized guidance on government and non-profit resources.
Recognizing the realities of a single mother's life, we offer flexibility in meeting times and can even assist with childcare costs for your coaching sessions. We are here to ensure that the "little things" don't stop you from achieving the "big things."
